My Journey…

I’m Twylla — a Nutritional + Wellness Coach with over a decade of experience helping women take back their health through gut healing, mindful nutrition, and non-toxic living. My passion runs deep when it comes to understanding what we put in, on + around our bodies because ingredients matter, and gut health is the foundation of everything.

But my journey started in a very different place.


Over 10 years ago, I was completely unaligned — outwardly grateful but inwardly lost, drained, and disconnected from who I really was. I had the family, the home, the “happy life” — yet I felt like I was slowly fading.

Everything began to shift when I started looking at my habits, my health, and my environment with fresh eyes. I learned how to nourish my body from the inside out, support my gut, and cut through the noise of trendy diets and toxic products. Through this work, I found peace, energy, and clarity — and I knew I had to help other women do the same.

Now, I coach women to reset their gut, reconnect to themselves, and build daily habits rooted in intention — not overwhelm. You don’t need to do it perfectly, and you definitely don’t need to do it alone. This is about real life, real health, and real change that feels aligned with your lifestyle.

I can't have a calm day unless my bed is made .

I can not stand cilantro. It tastes like I have eaten a bar of soap (Nasty!)

I always have jewellery on +I hate not having something on my feet.

I Love Love Love Gardening, Yard Work, + YOGA!

I LOVE a good English Breakfast Tea with Vanilla Protein + I am a huge sucker for family game nights!
